Welcome to the NEW Old World Classics.
The last year has been a whirlwind of changes in the world. We have also made some changes at Old World Classics. In the spirit of these changes we like to call this the NEW Old World Classics. Below are some of the highlights of these changes.
- NEW Ownership. Being in the real estate business is tough especially during one of the worst economic downturns our country has ever faced. - NEW Prices. We know our houses look expensive, but good design doesn’t always have to be expensive. We have several high-end homes that start at $220,000. In addition we have worked special pricing in many of the areas best developments. Our pricing with our combined negotiating power on lots makes this an unbeatable time to build.
- NEW Designs. You asked for it and now we delivered new plans. We have just unveiled our new villa plans and are working on several other single family designs that will be on our website shortly. We hope these designs inspire you and show you what can be done with a well thought out design.
- NEW Website. Our new website may not look very different, but we have dramatically changed the “behind the scenes” functionality of it. We will now be able to deliver you real time updates to our latest news on our news blog, you can follow the latest design trends on our design blog, you can watch our houses go up on Facebook, and listen to our tweets on twitter.
With all these changes you probably wonder what has stayed the same. To that we say we are still have the same Old World Classics Style, Design, and Quality that you have always loved.
